Southampton, Swindon Town and Princewill Ehibhatiomhan make mutual decision to end striker's loan stint

The Moonraker understands the decision for Ehibhatiomhan to go back to Southampton was a mutual one, with all three parties – both clubs and the player – in agreement that it was in the best interests of all concerned.

Princewill Ehibhatiomhan’s loan stay at Swindon Town has been cut short, and Adam Murphy is expected to follow.

Ehibhatiomhan joined the Robins on a season-long deal from Southampton in the summer, and began his time at the club with great promise.

The striker scored on his debut in the EFL Cup at Cardiff City, and followed with his first EFL goal at Barrow.
