Andrew Fitton in discussions with Clem Morfuni over possible return to Swindon Town in consultancy role

Clem Morfuni has held conversations with Andrew Fitton about the former Swindon Town chairman returning to the club in an advisory capacity.

Fitton has been a guest of the club at each of Swindon’s two home games so far this season – against Walsall and Notts County – and has had meetings with majority shareholder Morfuni and chief executive Anthony Hall.

Fitton, who fronted the takeover of the club in 2007, initially offered his input to Morfuni in mid-2023.
