Swindon Town are preparing to discovery their EFL Trophy fate, with the protracted ineligible player saga set to come to a conclusion on Wednesday.

The Robins face two EFL charges of fielding ineligible players during the victory at Luton Town in the last-16 of the competition on January 13.

Ollie Clarke featured in that match despite being hit with a seven-game ban encompassing all domestic football three weeks earlier, while Aaron Drinan came off the bench as a second-half substitute having not been named on the official teamsheet submitted to the matchday officials.
