One of the companies tied into the ownership and financing of Swindon Town has been given warning that it could be struck off the formal register.
Axis Sports Investment has received a first Gazette compulsory strike-off notice, as per the Companies House website. The notice has been pre-dated for October 8.
First Gazette notices are typically issued by Companies House, the body which holds records of businesses across the UK, and generally relate to failures to hit filing deadlines.
