Scott Lindsey learned plenty from his time as head coach at Swindon Town, and among the most prominent was not to get overwhelmed by an occasion.

Lindsey saw plenty at the County Ground, from several angles. He first arrived in Wiltshire to lead the youth team in 2014, before later returning as assistant manager to Ben Garner.

In the summer of 2022, after Garner was poached by Charlton, ended up being offered the top job at Town.
