If you’re a parent, disabled supporter, charity worker, delivery driver or visitor to the County Ground, there’s every chance you know Caroline Lane.

Heck, even if you’ve made a one-off phone call to the club in recent seasons, you will likely have come across her – wittingly or otherwise.

An effervescent and kind-hearted character, Caroline has been running reception at SN1 for three years but her official office manager title barely does justice to her overall role.

Because Caroline wears enough hats to fill a milliner’s front window: disabled supporters’ liaison, charity liaison and the driving force behind the vastly improved facilities for young people at Swindon Town.
