Swindon Town players beware, Terror Tuesdays may be about to arrive at Beversbrook.

Over the years, Ian Holloway’s fondness for stamina and endurance tests have become the stuff of legend: intense running exercises designed both to enhance fitness and give the manager an insight into a player’s motivation and drive.

At Swindon, the players have thus far got off lightly, thanks to the timing of Holloway’s arrival. Not for much longer.

On Thursday, Holloway let it slip that he intends to give his squad – and possibly the youth scholars too - a full examination next week.
