Swindon Town have received yet more bad injury news, with Gavin Kilkenny facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines with a fractured ankle.
Kilkenny was forced out of the midweek friendly win over Leyton Orient following a poor tackle, and an X-ray has shown the midfielder has suffered a broken bone.
The Irishman is expected to spend weeks in plaster, prior to a period of rehabilitation.
It could mean he is out of action for up to five months.
